A number flashes up: is it a multiple or isn't it? You've got sixty seconds. Answer quickly and correctly to build a streak: five in a row doubles your points, ten in a row triples them. One slip and the streak is gone!
Recognising multiples backwards ("is 51 in the 7 times table?") is a different skill from reciting tables forwards, and it is the one division, fractions, and factor questions actually use. The near-misses in this game (49, 50, 51...) are chosen to force real checking, not pattern-spotting.
